THIS WAS A TOY, or a portion of a toy that was produced by Mattel back in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The purpose as they saw it was to merely be a pushing device for walking Mickey Ducks and Donald Mouses or whatever...eye had several working models of this TOY which i carried around for years. THE LITTLE WHITE BEAK actually pumps in and out of the pink or fleshy coloured face as the WaVy BlUe BoDy undulates and the white wheels go round and round. I wrote to Mattel constantly to try and obtain bulk numbers of this apparatus to which they ever replied out of stock no longer available...if you know someone who has one of these or even hear a rumor about them PLEASE LET ME KNOW! thanks and thinks
