I discovered this diminiutive skull amongst the dry, dusty remains of an alter-like sculpture in a stone trough. This was one of several constructions built on small, rocky, barren islands by long-gone fine art students. I took the skull because I wanted to use it in a sinister Jan Svankmajer style animation. When I picked it up I found it was filled with dry soil, which I attempted to shake out. This didn't work, so I put it in my pocket, to be cleaned later.
I don't know what animal it came from.
